My involvement with IT Architecture Design Services allowed me to produce projects and design solutions that exceeded what clients requested. Most issues were addressed and resolved by team efforts, but when fellow designers were absent or preoccupied, I maintained progress as an individual creative expert. Our mission was to support USAA's Chief Technology Office (CTO) by conveying technical concepts and strategies through compelling design solutions. In so doing, we strengthened and enhanced communication, which led to the adoption of products and services that benefit our members.
